Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of who we are as an organisation. Our commitment to these values is resolute.
We believe that a working environment including colleagues from different backgrounds, skills, experiences, and knowledge will lead to greater innovation and creativity, as well as understanding and tolerance. Generating better ideas and solving complex problems are both good for us and our clients.
A commitment to these values extends to both our candidates and clients. Every candidate is assessed against the skills, knowledge, and culture required for the role and organisation with whom they are interviewing.
In the ever-changing global financial services industry, our clients value candidates who can both adapt and innovate. They value diversity, not for its own sake, but for the creativity that it can bring to their business. We believe that a diverse short-list of candidates best delivers this for our clients.

Community Involvement
Giving back to those who are less fortunate than ourselves is a core value for the leadership team. As such, we (both individually and as a team) choose charities that matter to us to work with each year.
Duchenne
Duchenne was RSP primary charitable focus for 2023.
Muscular dystrophy causes progressive muscle weakness and wasting because of the degeneration of muscle cells. This means that it gets worse over time. There is currently no cure. Duchenne is the leading European charity driving research into a cure.
Sadly, we know two people whose sons have been diagnosed with this form of muscular dystrophy. One is now a teenager and cannot walk. The other is only 12 and has been given a life expectancy of 25 years old. Both mothers form part of the Duchenne team.
One RSP team cycled 500 miles to Paris in just 24 hours. Another team sky-dived over the Kent countryside. Together, we raised just over GBP 24,000. Thank you to everyone who supported us.
Rose Mary Perez Foundation
On 8th March 2023 (International Women's Day) and just shy of her 51st birthday, Rose Mary sadly ended a brief but very aggressive bout with cancer. The Rose Mary Perez Foundation, a non-profit charity, was created to continue Rose Mary's legacy of generosity and kindness in support of causes that were special to her, such as supporting and promoting strong, independent women.
The Foundation is committed to supporting needs-based, first generation Spanish-speaking women interested in pursuing a career in finance by providing funding, scholarships and mentoring. Rice Search Partners are a proud supporter.
